It is situated 25 km south of Piatra Neamţ (400 m altitude), in a very beautiful area. 2 km downstream there is Veselaru Lake (3500 ha) formed behind a natural dam. On Iapa litlle river there is also a small waterfall named Duras. Neguleşti waters (10 springs) are salty, magnesic and iodic waters.
